Powerkiting is a great introduction to the world of kite flying and Cornwall, with it's wde open beaches is the perfect place to learn how to fly a powerkite. Wether you aim to progress onto kitesurfing, landboarding or just simply want to fly kites.
Powerkites fly in light winds as well as strong winds, on the beach, in a field or on a park. Simple, cheap and great fun for all the family.
Ages from 8 - 80 as long as you are fit and able. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the course.

Introduction to Powerkites - 3 Hours - £40 per person min 2 people
Covers all the safety aspects, Launching, Landing, Kites with handles and bars.
Great fun and the perfect way to start before purchasing your own kite!

BKSA Powerkite Course - 1 Day - £80 per person min 2 people
This course covers all aspects of powerkiting especially safety and site assesment.
Different types of kite, introduction to the harness and starting on a land board.

1 on 1 Powerkite coaching - £40 per hour
If you are an experienced flyer and need some help moving onto the next level or want to progress onto the land board. 1 on 1 coaching is for you.

We supply all necessary safety equipment, Kites from 1.4 - 5m by HQ the market leaders in powerkites. All you need to bring is some old sturdy shoes and old clothes. Courses mostly run at the beach so you will get sandy, dirty and possibly wet!
