Our Safaga improver camp is again being run by market leaders Sportif.
This camp is aimed at kitesurf improvers, looking to pick up on their skills in the amazing warm waters and constant winds of Sagafa.
You should be at BKSA Level 2 or equivalent (or higher), i.e -ride in both directions, set up and pack down, rescue tech, theory, rules of the road.
Coaching will be group dependent using video analysis.
Areas we will look at include, Upwind riding, Stance, Transitions, Basic jumps, Toe side riding. You can also work towards your BKSA intermediate levels.
We will also introduce Backloops, carves and anything else appropiate or that you want to learn.

Conditions:
Dedicated kitesurf area. In the morning the wind is side off shore from the left and turns in the late morning/lunchtime to side shore, so the water is absolutely flat in the morning and later, depending of the windspeed, a bit choppy. Kite Bay is a waist deep area, protected by a spit.Kite Bay II has a very long beach and perfect for going upwind. The spot is excellent for advanced kitesurfers, due to its outstanding wind potential. The kite beach, for launching and landing, is right next to the center. The center offers the latest equipment from North Kiteboarding.
