Here is my latest video from Kitesurf Foiling at Gwithian and Marazion in West Cornwall during summer 2016. Riding on North Kites and Ketos Foils with the Ketos Pocket board and Fastafoil custom race board. Dates are now out for this autumns Kitesurf Wave Clinics at Gwithian or Marazion. Starting off we have the Intro to Wave on Saturday 11th October. This clinic is for kiters who are new to surfboard riding and want to learn the techniques to get out there and start riding waves. 
Easter Clinic 2014
The Wave Clinic on the 18th October is for kiters who are already comfortable riding a surfboard and are looking to perfect their technique in the waves.

Joining forces with North Kiteboarding UK we attended the Junior National Watersports Festival held at Stithians Lake, Cornwall on the 3rd May 2014. Along with demoing all the new North equipment, Pasty Adventures ran free Kitesurf Taster sessions to the future generation of British watersports entuaiasts. Over the course of the day, we had four groups of 8-16 year olds who all left grinning and smiling after experiencing the fun of flying a kite. Hopefully some of these will take up kitesurfing in the future, or one of the other sports they got to try out over the weekend. It was great to be a part of it and see so many brands and pros giving their time to encourage youngsters into our fabulous sports of Kayaking, Kitesurfing, SUP and Windsurfing. Well done to all the organisers for a great event. 
Kitesurfing at Marazion
From the 11th April 2014 Pasty Adventures will be open for Kitesurf lessons at Gwithian and Marazion. As West Cornwall's only British Kitesports recognised school we pride ourselves on giving the best quality instruction and have just taken delivery of brand new North Kiteboarding kites and boards as well as wetsuits from O'Neill to ensure all students have the best possible equipment to start their kitesurfing career. For those that can already Kite we are running a couple of Kitesurf Clinics, Saturday 19th April- Intro to Wave and Sunday 20th April is the Wave Clinic, price is just £60 per clinic all the details here. For any Intermediate Kitesurfers who would like coaching or a refresher before getting back in the water this spring we are able to make a package suitable to your needs or if you get a group of friends at similar abitities we can organise a great value Kitesurf Clinic. The forecast is looking great for The Pasty Cup, Kitesurf Racing British Championships round 1, on 25th - 26th May at Marazion, Cornwall.
Alongside this amazing kitesurfing event, we also now have space available for a learn to kitesurf course over the weekend with our instructor Blake. Kitesurfing lessons will most likely run at Gwithian due to nw winds forecast which will also make for high speed tactical racing in cross offshore winds at Marazion. Alongside the free lessons from qualified BKSA kitesurfing instructors we will also have plenty going on from our sponsors, including marine conservation info from the National Marine Aquarium, clothing on display from Hager-Vor and competitions to win great prizes as well as plenty of giveaways from Cornwall Tourism. Marazion, Cornwall Excitement is building with 2 weeks to go until the Pasty Cup sponsored by The National Marine Aquarium, The Seiners Arms & Philps pasties at Marazion, Cornwall over the bank holiday weekend 25-26 May. The Pasty Cup is the 1st of 4 events counting towards the 2013 British Kitesurf Racing Championships. Kitesurf Racing is the fastest form of sailing around an upwind/downwind course using big colourful kites over a mile long course set as close to the shore as conditions allow. Riders reach speeds up to 30mph, racing in winds ranging from 6-30 mph. In the event of wind in excess of 30mph the Kernow King of the Air event will run, where competitors are judged on jumping as high as possible with style. A spectacle not to be missed! Organiser Lee Harvey of Pasty Adventures kitesurfing school states: ‘I am pleased to announce the country’s top racers are confirmed such as, 3 times British Champion - Denzil Williams. 2012 Pasty Cup, British & youth World Champion – Olly Bridge along with his mum, women’s World No.1 & 4 x World Champ – Steph Bridge from Exmouth. Alongside the known racers with have some new names in the Race fleet and with entries also coming in for the Open Fleet we are expecting a great turn out for 2 days of fast and furious racing in what I strongly believe is the best kitesurfing location in Britain. The inclusion of Kernow King of the Air, means whatever the weather we will have competition running over both days with plenty for spectators to come and enjoy.’ Come along to Marazion and check out the Pasty Cup over the Bank Holiday weekend and you can even have a go at powerkite flying. Our recent Intermediate Twin Tip kitesurfing clinic with BKSA Coach, Lee Harvey ran on sunday 14th april at Marazion in a chilly but sunny south easterly wind. Despite the wind playing games, meaning we had to change kites half way through, the 4 guys all learnt lots to push their kitesurfing level upwards over the coming months. Starting off with on land demos we looked at; riding toeside, jumps, pop, and backrolls. We then progressed onto on water demos on each segment before the guys took on the moves themselves. Below is a little video of the clinic. Next Intermediate clinic is planned for Sat 24th June. Details on the clinic page Feedback from the guys- 'The best thing about it for me was it gave me more confidence to just 'have a go' and try some new moves, rather than doing the same thing.' 'Didn't have any expectations as I've never had lessons or coaching before. It was good to see what it like, I thought it was good value and would do it agian.' 'I think it did what it was meant to for all of us and give more knowledge to help move our kiting on over the summer.'  Footwork Demo Easter Sunday saw 4 kitesurfers come to Marazion for the Spring Wave Clinic with BKSA Coach Lee Pasty Harvey. Despite the severely cold ese wind and smallish waves, everyone had a great time riding strapless and learnt lots to be getting on with during the coming months. We started off with some wave theroy in the warmth of Jordans Cafe, before moving onto the water and looked at footwork, gybes, getting over waves and wave riding. The next clinic we have coming up is the Intro to Waves clinic at Gwithian or Marazion, weather depending. All the info on the clinic page.
